You may have noticed that Shanaz now identifies as SOUTH ASIA INSPIRED rather than Indian. The reason for this is that over the last 31 years, our Head Chef has had the privilege of being assisted in our kitchen by chefs from Afghanistan, Bangladesh, India, Nepal and Pakistan. This fusion of cultures has inspired our menu to be what it is today.
